My role

I focused on translating the identity into a cohesive digital and motion system across web, campaigns, and interactive experiences.

My work included concept development, web design, motion systems, and campaign design, building a flexible visual framework that could adapt across trips, formats, and cultural contexts while maintaining consistency across the brand.

My work included concept development, web design, motion systems, and campaign design, building a flexible visual framework that could adapt across trips, formats, and cultural contexts while maintaining consistency across the brand.

Over two years, I designed AI-powered, end to end experiences spanning onboarding, high traffic web surfaces, product storytelling, email, and paid social, crafting cohesive journeys from first impression through activation. I partnered cross functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to rapidly prototype, test, and scale new growth ideas.

I also expanded the web and email design systems to support faster experimentation and built AI driven tools that enabled marketing teams to generate high quality creative at scale.

The identity system drew inspiration from international flag systems, modular patterns, and the visual language of travel and cultural intersection.

The challenge was creating a system flexible enough for each trip to feel distinct while still belonging to a shared brand structure.

A modular pattern system and expanded color palette allowed different destinations and experiences to develop their own visual expression without losing cohesion across the broader identity.

The mark is constructed from two directional arrows forming an X, representing people from different backgrounds meeting, exchanging ideas, and growing through shared experience.

Typography, color, and pattern behavior were all treated as configurable elements within a shared structural framework rather than fixed compositions.

A static identity alone couldn’t fully express the movement and transformation central to the program.

Motion became a foundational layer of the system rather than a decorative addition.

The work focused on establishing a shared language of timing, transitions, and reveal behavior across digital surfaces.

Defined rules for pacing, easing, and transformation helped maintain consistency across repeated applications while allowing the system to remain expressive and adaptable.

The result was a motion language that reinforced the rhythm and energy of the brand without overwhelming the experience itself.

The website needed to function both as an information platform and as an experiential extension of the brand.

The goal was to create a sense of movement and discovery that reflected the experience of participating in the program itself.

Scroll-based interactions and motion behaviors were designed to guide users through content gradually, introducing moments of transition, reveal, and progression throughout the experience.

The social system needed to support a wide range of content while maintaining consistency across campaigns and destinations.

Using the established component library and expanded color system, I developed a modular campaign framework that could scale across multiple formats and storytelling needs.

The system supported everything from announcement graphics to participant stories and editorial content while maintaining a cohesive visual rhythm across surfaces.

This allowed the brand to remain expressive and adaptable without becoming visually fragmented over time.

Motion works best when it feels inevitable

The strongest outcomes came when motion felt embedded into the system itself rather than layered on afterward.

That shifted my approach toward designing motion that supports continuity, pacing, and clarity instead of calling attention to itself as a separate visual element.

The more invisible the logic became, the more natural and cohesive the experience felt.
